CANADA – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Pokerstars has just announced they have started the satellites and qualifiers for the 2008 WSOP Main Event and they will be sending more players than any other room online. In addition to this they have also included extra ways for players to qualify making this year's packages better than any before.



Players can win a seat by;

* Buy-in directly to any of the cash qualifiers

* Use Frequent Player Points in the FPP qualifiers

* Work their way up to the Main Event through the Steps Sit & Go Satellites

Players who win a WSOP seat through Pokerstars will receive;

* An 8 night stay at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas from July 2nd - July 9th. Players will also receive a shuttle to and from the Rio each day to make sure they will always have transportation. * They have also added some extras to these packages which include cash bonuses up to $50,000 if any player who makes it far enough where they will be on a TV table, and an additional $1,000,000 for any player who qualifies through Pokerstars and makes the final table.
